Sommelier Guild of Atlanta’s Annual Paulée*

*La Paulée is a Burgundian celebration held at the end of the grape harvest

The Guild’s annual Paulee and business meeting was held at WIN Gastrobar in Buckhead. This was a BYOB event with many fabulous wines poured. After a quick review of our budget we made our way through the following menu and the many treasures that our members brought to share.

Highlights for me were the three Bordeaux reds and the port from 1977! The German Reisling was also very nice
